Founder & Senior Pastor of Light of the World Haitian Church – Las Vegas, Nevada Pastor Kenson Desinor is a Haitian-American pastor, author, veteran, former law enforcement officer, educator, community leader, and humanitarian whose life reflects a commitment to faith, service, and helping others discover their God-given purpose.

Born in Haiti, Pastor Desinor was shaped by a strong foundation of faith, perseverance, and compassion for people. His journey from Haiti to the United States has been marked by a lifelong dedication to serving God, his community, and humanity. After establishing himself in the United States, Pastor Desinor served honorably in the United States Air Force, where he developed the discipline, leadership skills, and commitment to excellence that would influence every area of his life.

Following his military service, he continued his commitment to public service as a police officer with the North Las Vegas Police Department, protecting and serving the community with integrity and professionalism. Driven by a deeper calling to ministry, Pastor Desinor pursued theological education through Regent University, where he studied Biblical Studies, strengthening his understanding of Scripture and preparing him for effective Christian leadership.

Pastor Desinor is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Light of the World Haitian Church in Las Vegas, Nevada. Under his leadership, the church has become a place dedicated to worship, biblical teaching, prayer, evangelism, discipleship, and community outreach. His vision is to prepare genuine believers who are spiritually mature, hungry for Christ, and equipped to reach others with the message of the Gospel.

Following devastating earthquakes and other challenges affecting the Haitian people, he has been involved in relief efforts, helping provide support and resources to communities in need.
